2011 rates
Low season: March, April, October
Middle season: May, September, June
High season: Easter, July, August, Christmas holidays
The farm will be closed from 10 January to15 February and fron 5 November to 5 December.

Short stays will be possible only in low and middle season periods.
Minimum stay is at least three nights.

Check-in:  3 pm – 7 pm                  Check-out:  9 am– 11 am

Arrival times other that those above should be communicated on reservation or at least 24 hours in advance.
Departure times other than those listed above should be agreed on with the reception staff.
The swimming pool is open from mid April through to mid October.

Rates include:

power, water, gas consumption, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens with weekly change, final cleaning, firewood for fire-place, baby cot (children 0-3 years), are allowed small pets.

Extra services:

Heating during winter months.

Payment modes:

- Each phone reservation shall be confirmed via e-mail and followed by a booking deposit  (30% of total amount) through bank transfer to the following account:  Antico Porto della Chiana società agricola, Banca Popolare di Cortona   IBAN  IT37 U054 9625 4090 0001 0629 152.
- 40% to be paid on arrival.
- remaining 30% to be paid on departure.

In case of cancellation

- For cancellations received from date of booking up to the expected date of arrival 30% of total amount will be retained.    

Apartments should be left in the same condition as found; any damages to objects or furnishings should be promptly reported. Apartments will be checked for damages on guests departure.
 
These rules may sound excessive; we regard them, however, as useful suggestions for our valuable guests to spend a relaxing and stress-free holiday in our facility.
